Application policy
REGNER® products can be used in a wide range of applications. REGNER® is unable to be aware of and verify all conditions in which REGNER® products will be installed and used. Therefore, the suitability and functionality of a REGNER® product and its performance in different conditions can only be verified through testing and, ultimately, the customer is responsible for choosing to use a REGNER® product. REGNER® is solely responsible for ensuring that its products meet the specifications established by REGNER® and the customer is responsible for ensuring that the specific REGNER® product can be used for the application in question.
Please read the product user manual before installation and operation and ensure that all users and installers have the necessary skills and information as well as access to the user manual. Specifications are subject to change without notice.
Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted in this website’s virtual shop:
Bank transfer
You can choose this method during the online payment process. During the payment process, you will be informed of the total amount to be transferred and our bank details. Make sure that you indicate your order number when you make the transfer, as well as your first and last name. The order will not be considered finalised until our bank has verified the transaction. To facilitate the transaction, we recommend sending proof of the bank transfer to our email. Payments should be made in Euros (EUR, €), and the customer is responsible for any applicable currency exchange fee or bank fee. If an incomplete payment is received, REGNER® will delay shipment of the order until the full amount has been received.
Credit/ Debit card
Our virtual payment gateway service accepts credit and debit card payments. We guarantee that each transaction made through our website is 100% secure. Any operation involving the transfer of personal information or bank details is carried out in a secure environment. Subsequently, credit card details are not recorded in a database and are only viewed and managed by the bank provider.
Price
The prices shown on our website do not include taxes (if applicable) or shipping and handling charges. Our prices may change without notice and may contain typographical errors. Should an error occur, we reserve the right to either honour that price or inform the customer of the reason for the error and correct the situation by asking the customer if they wish to proceed with the order at the revised price or cancel the order. We offer significant discounts for customers who purchase large quantities; if you have any questions, please contact us.
All prices are in Euros (EUR, €).
Taxes
Orders with an EU shipping address will include Spanish sales tax as we ship from Spain. However, all companies belonging to the EU (except Spain) with a valid intra-community VAT number will be exempt from VAT. You can enter your VAT number during the checkout process, and the system will automatically deduct the VAT if the number is correct.
Taxes are not applied to orders shipped outside the EU. However, you may be charged duties, taxes and/or customs fees upon delivery. These fees vary from country to country and the customer is responsible for paying them. For more information, check with the Customs department in your country. Equally, sales to special tax areas such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt from VAT, but the customs authorities may apply their corresponding charges upon delivery. We are unable to calculate these charges for each order as they depend on local IGC tax and customs duties.
Shipping information
During the checkout process, the customer enters their shipping address and the system automatically calculates the cost of transport with the different services offered by our logistics providers. This amount varies depending on the address and country of delivery along with the size and weight of the products purchased. When the order is shipped, the customer will receive an email which includes the tracking number of our logistics operators.
Returns policy
Our Customer Service department provides an after-sales service to help you with any problems you may have with our products and deliveries. We aim to provide our clients with a fast and efficient service.
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a credit towards future purchases. Please contact us before returning an items so we can provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number for your return. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. The shipping costs of returned products must be paid in advance, along with customs duties and any other applicable charges.
It is very important to ship returned products in adequate packaging to prevent damage. If a product fails to arrive at our warehouse in perfect condition due to inadequate packaging, the exchange/return will not be accepted.
Warranty
All REGNER® products have a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period begins on the date that the product is purchased. The seller is responsible for any non-conformities that become apparent within the time stipulated by applicable law.
Exclusions of warranty
- The product has not been used correctly or its specifications for use (load, environment, temperature, operating cycle, voltage, current, etc.) have not been respected.
- The product has not been properly maintained.
- The product has been tampered with.
- The product has been exposed to violent or abrasive treatment.
Non-conformities due to the reasonable wear and tear of the product over time (for example, paint discolouration) are excluded from the warranty.
REGNER® reserves the right to request the return of all allegedly defective products for testing and verification.
Any additional warranty obligation for parts replaced free of charge or for any service provided free of charge under this warranty will be excluded. The warranty period for parts replaced during the warranty period will end on the expiration date of the warranty period of the main product.
