High precision at all times
The MAGPOT is built using two magnets, an internal one, and an exterior one. By bringing the exterior magnet close to the internal magnetic attractors, the two connect and the device extracts a linear position reading based on the location of the exterior magnet. As the exterior magnet moves, so does the potentiometer’s electrical output signal.
